When you eat certain foods, your brain sends signals to the rest of your body telling you that you feel good. Next time you feel bored, lonely, stressed, scared, etc., your brain will send these same signals. Mindfulness can help you understand what’s behind the urge to eat, and it allows you to create new, healthier habits to substitute. This way, you’ll ultimately feel more satisfied with the results.
